cede、ceed、cess 表示「前進；行走；退讓；投降；放棄」的意思，例如 access（ac- 朝向 + cess）字面意思是指「朝向……走來」，即「接近」的意思，而 exceed（ex- 向外 + ceed）則可推出「超越」的意思
